The registration fee is a one-time evaluation fee and is non-refundable. If you fail the evaluation, you may re-register for any tier at the original price to try again. There is no limit to the number of attempts.

Only after a plan has fully ended (either by account closure or failure in any phase) may a user register for a new plan.
